    could be better

    Futures engine is solid, no slippage even on leverage but been trying to close my account for since 2022, they wont let me. it does the job i guess.

    Good and bad

    Mobile app is smooth, charts dont freeze when its busy but suddenly needed 'enhanced verification' before i could withdraw. it does the job i guess.

    best place for small caps, they list stuff months before others but got rekt by a liquidation that the chart doesnt even show.

    mixed feelings

    The good: deposits are instant, no waiting around. the bad: the price action looks manipulated, random wicks hunting stops.

    You will NEVER get a human in suport, trust me. order book is thin, my limit orders barely fill.

    buyer beware

    Deposit went to the wrong network, support shrugged. my withdrawal sat pending for 9 days, no explanation?! 😩

    Look verification was quick and painless, however kyc rejected my docs 3 times for no reason.

    never again

    Got logged out mid trade and the balance showed wrong for hours. they delisted a coin i held and gave me a terrible conversion rate. im done!!!
